RESIDENCES IN KARDIA OF THESSALONIKI

Overview

Aim of the competition was the creation of sets of residences in scattered stretches at the settlement of Kardia in Thessaloniki and, at the same time, the promotion of new residence standards in the exurban areas. As the first stage of a wider program, two "neighborhoods" were designed, with 200-220 residences, with a total construction area of 27.000 m2.
