Overview

On Issue 05, Aires Mateus relate five of their projects in the Alentejo region, examined through the scope of “Limitless Territory”. Atelier Fanelsa and Zara Pfeifer articulate the “Gerswalde Ecology” by exploring community life, production and architecture in rural Germany. Atelier Bow-Wow, Tsukamoto Laboratory and Small Earth Association present a detailed documentation of their work for “Satoyama Revitalization”. Christ & Gantenbein introduce the “Lindt Home of Chocolate” as the new gateway to the industrial campus of Lindt & Sprüngli. Barozzi Veiga generate a new public space on the roof of “Tanzhaus Zürich”, which in turn reactivates the promenade along the river Limmat.
